It serves as a guiding framework for organizations of all sizes and industries as it provides a firm customer focus, namely delivering quality goods and services, whereby the implementation of a Quality Management System is a strategic decision for organizations that aspire to improve their overall performance and assist organizations and/or professionals to plan processes, interactions and with risk management at the forefront.
The course prepares the participant to understand the requirements for preparation to implement quality management systems as well as importance of Quality Management as a tool to ensure compliance with customer requirements and continual improvement. It demonstrates how quality management contributes to the day-to-day business operations through the effective application and management of resources.
The program provide the attendees on key aspects of quality management, and to provide them with the knowledge and expertise to implement and maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) based on the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.?
