Overview
Learn to conduct, document and manage a compliant Business Impact Analysis and business continuity risk assessment under ISO 22301:2019. This intensive two-day programme moves participants to hands-on application — identifying critical business activities, mapping dependencies, determining MTPD, RTO and RPO, assessing disruption threats, and linking BIA and risk outputs to business continuity strategy selection.
Learning Objectives
This course will prepare you to:

Documenting
Produce a complete BIA workbook, business continuity risk register and strategy selection framework to ISO 22301:2019 Clauses 6.1 and 8.2 requirements.
