Overview
Learn to plan, conduct and report on credible, risk-based internal audits of an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 19011:2018. This intensive three-day programme equips auditors to satisfy MACC, Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission regulatory expectations, and provide top management with meaningful assurance on adequate procedures under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009.
Learning Objectives
This course will prepare you to:
Auditing
Interpret ISO 37001:2016 from an audit perspective, plan a risk-based ABMS audit programme, gather evidence across all anti-bribery control categories, and classify nonconformities with evidential backing appropriate for Section 17A adequate procedures purposes.
Reporting
Draft professional audit reports and nonconformity statements, conduct closing meetings, verify corrective action effectiveness, and prepare the ABMS for external certification assessment and regulatory scrutiny.
