Overview
Learn to design, build and deploy a fully compliant Business Continuity Management System in accordance with ISO 22301:2019. This intensive three-day programme takes BCMS Managers and implementation teams through every phase of the implementation lifecycle — from scoping and context analysis through BIA, risk assessment, business continuity strategy, plan development, exercising and certification readiness.

This course will prepare you to:

Establish BCMS scope and context, lead the BIA and risk assessment, design business continuity strategies, develop business continuity plans, incident response procedures and crisis communication protocols, and implement the exercising and testing programme.
Certifying
Establish monitoring, measurement and internal audit programmes, manage nonconformities and corrective actions, and prepare the organisation for Stage 1 and Stage 2 external certification assessment.
