Overview
Learn to design, build and deploy a fully compliant Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This intensive three-day programme takes Quality Managers and implementation teams through every phase of the implementation lifecycle — from scoping and context analysis through risk-based thinking, process design, operational controls, documented information and Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification readiness.
Learning Objectives
This course will prepare you to:

Establish organisational context, QMS scope and quality objectives, lead the risk assessment process, and implement operational controls across product design, production, inspection and supplier management.
Certifying
Establish monitoring, measurement, internal audit and management review programmes, manage nonconformities and corrective actions, and prepare the organisation for Stage 1 and Stage 2 external certification assessment.
