Overview
Learn the purpose, structure and key requirements of ISO 21001:2018 — the international standard for Educational Organisations Management Systems. This one-day programme gives educators, administrators and support staff the foundational knowledge needed to recognise how their daily work contributes to learner outcomes, fulfil individual EOMS obligations, and understand the learner-centred orientation that distinguishes ISO 21001:2018 from ISO 9001:2015.
