Overview
Learn to conduct, document and manage a compliant quality risk assessment under ISO 9001:2015. This intensive two-day programme moves participants beyond awareness to hands-on application — identifying quality risks across processes and products, assessing likelihood and impact, selecting proportionate controls, and producing a documented risk register and treatment plan aligned to Clause 6.1.
