Overview
Learn to plan, conduct and report on credible, risk-based internal audits of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 19011:2018. This intensive three-day programme progresses from clause-by-clause audit analysis through practical field techniques — including site inspection and worker interviews — to a full simulated OH&S MS audit aligned to DOSH regulatory expectations.
Learning Objectives
This course will prepare you to:
Auditing
Interpret ISO 45001:2018 from an audit perspective, plan a risk-based OH&S MS audit programme, gather evidence across hazard controls, worker participation, legal compliance and operational procedures, and classify nonconformities including statutory compliance findings.
Reporting
Draft professional audit reports and nonconformity statements, conduct closing meetings in safety-sensitive environments, verify corrective action effectiveness, and prepare the OH&S MS for external certification assessment.
