Overview
Learn to plan, conduct and report on credible, risk-based internal audits of an Educational Organisations Management System in accordance with ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 19011:2018. This intensive three-day programme gives particular attention to auditing the seven Annex A expanded requirements unique to ISO 21001:2018, assessment integrity audit trails, learner satisfaction data quality, and the sensitive interpersonal dynamics of auditing in an educational environment.

This course will prepare you to:
Auditing
Interpret ISO 21001:2018 and all seven Annex A expanded requirements from an audit perspective, plan a risk-based EOMS audit programme, gather evidence across curriculum management, assessment integrity, learner support and MQA accreditation compliance.
Reporting
Draft professional audit reports and nonconformity statements in an educational context, conduct closing meetings with academic governance bodies, verify corrective action effectiveness, and prepare the EOMS for external certification assessment.
